# Apontamento

O Apontamento é o relatório que mostra o resultado final das marcações de ponto: horas previstas x realizadas, horas noturnas, faltas integrais e o saldo de horas do período.

### Como gerar?

Acesse **Gestão** > **Relatórios** > **Apontamento**.

Informe:

* **Formato**: visualização na tela ou exportação em Excel;
* **Período (início** e **fim);**
* **Tratamento de faltas integrais**:
  * *Padrão*: desconta as horas negativas da apuração;
  * Não contabilizar horas negativas.
* **Tipo**:
  * ***Individual***: um único colaborador;
    * Selecione o Funcionário.
  * ***Em lote***: todos os colaboradores de um posto de trabalho ou todos postos de trabalho;
    * Selecione o Posto de Trabalho ou selecione Todos.

Clique em **Gerar** e pronto — a apuração completa é exibida em segundos!

Caso existam processos em andamento há mais de 2 horas, será possível **reprocessar ou excluir a solicitação**. Essa funcionalidade se aplica a processos executados em segundo plano, como **geração de Espelho de Ponto** e **Apontamentos**.
