# Absenteísmo

O **Absenteísmo** representa as ausências dos colaboradores, e vai além de faltas completas — também considera atrasos, saídas antecipadas, licenças, entre outros.

Esse indicador é essencial para entender a frequência dos colaboradores e identificar possíveis padrões que impactam na produtividade da equipe.

### Como gerar?

1. Acesse: **Gestão > Relatórios > Relatórios e Análises**

2. Selecione a opção **Absenteísmo;**
3. Escolha a **Unidade de Negócio;**
4. Informe o **período desejado (início** e **fim);**
5. Clique em **Gerar.**

Aguarde o processamento. Assim que estiver disponível, em status constará como processado. Clique para **fazer o download**.
